It supplements our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and complies with French and European legislation, in particular the French Consumer Code.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, products must be: \u2192 Unused, unworn and in their original condition
\n\u2192 Accompanied by their undamaged original packaging, all accessories, instructions, labels and proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation e-mail)<\/p>\n

On receipt of the returned products, our quality department will carry out a check to ensure that they comply with the above conditions. If the condition of the product does not allow a refund or exchange (traces of use, damaged packaging, incomplete product), we will inform you.<\/p>\n
